Have you struggled with balancing discounting when necessary with charging higher prices when possible? How can you explore the need to concede price without discounting out of the gate?

I shared this video with someone in my network recently, and she said:  “This is EXACTLY what I need!  I want to work with them, so am willing to lower if they hesitate and I needed this language and framing! Thank you!”  And then a few days later, I got this message from her:  “I GOT THE CONTRACT! And I negotiated and that language helped so much!”
