Pam Rodefer has spent the last 24 years dedicated to training and coaching sales teams all over the world in nearly every industry. Before that, she worked both in Fortune 500 and start-up in sales, sales training development, and sales leadership roles. She uses her depth of experience when working with Boost clients as a Pricing and Profitability Coach.
She is an expert at helping sales professionals grow their pricing skills, pricing power, and confidence and helps them close the gaps in mindset that can sabotage success.
Pam enjoys spending time with her family, friends and her dogs, Major and Henry. She is an avid OSU fan and alumnus. She is actively involved in Pelotonia and rides for Team Buckeye to raise funds for The James Cancer Research at the OSU Wexner Medical Center. In her spare time, she is still trying to master playing the piano and has found her joy of reading once again.
