Pam Rodefer joined Boost’s predecessor company in 2013 and is a Pricing and Profitability Coach to our clients. She trains sales teams to execute pricing effectively and with confidence. She helps team members grow their pricing skills, pricing power, and confidence and helps them close the gaps in mindset that can sabotage success.
Previous to joining our team, Pam spent 13 years training and coaching sales teams through Rodefer Consulting, LLC. This followed a robust sales and sales leadership career starting as a Sales Representative for Owens-Corning Fiberglass selling roofing shingles insulation products and progressing to roles in sales, sales leadership, and sales training with Johnson & Johnson, and Amira Medical, where she developed a team of managers and salespeople that launched the world’s first non-fingerstick blood glucose meter.
Pam enjoys spending time with her two dogs Major and Henry and is an avid Ohio State fan and alumnus. In her constant pursuit of growth, she recently started taking piano lessons.
