  • Sales Team Size: Most of our clients have sales teams of 10-100 people with pricing discretion and discount authority. That said, we’ve worked with teams as small as 2 and as large as several hundred. (Sales team of 1? Check out Achieve as One™.)
  • Business Type / Industry: Most of our clients operate in a B2B space with negotiated prices, but we’ve also worked with B2C sales teams (i.e. residential roofing) and B2G sales teams (i.e. FAR Part 15 LPTA and Best Value contracts). This applies to goods and services of all types. Basically, if your customers complain about prices to get discounts, we can help.
  • Market Position: Most of our clients are best-in-class or better-in-class providers in their industries and markets. Many are already enjoying a price premium. Boost Advantage™ was designed from the ground up to be a virtual program. (Too many companies who offer virtual training just repeat their in-person curriculum in front of a webcam, which simply doesn’t work.) The pace, the exercises, the methods for stimulating interaction, etc. must be different for a program delivered virtually vs. in person. Each element of our program was thoughtfully created and woven together to create a powerful, engaged, interactive experience online.

Our discovery process allows us to speak their language, cite relevant examples, and share our material in a way that is palatable and approachable to them, which allows us to make an impact much more quickly. This is a very specific, very impactful type of sales training. Most sales training programs necessarily run the gamut from prospecting all the way to closing tactics. Perhaps. On occasion, we’ve worked with sales teams who have no ability to negotiate directly.
